Hot Rolled Coil / Sheet
HRC is a mill process which involves rolling the steel at a high temperature, which is above the steel's recrystallisation temperature.
it excellent anti-slip properties, irrespective of whether the environment is dry, greasy or damp. Moreover, the pattern is almost indestructible.
Hot rolled products like hot rolled steel bars are used in the welding and construction trades to make railroad tracks and I-beams, etc.
Cold Rolled Coil / Sheet
Cold Rolled Steel (CRS) is ideal for projects where precision is essential. The metal is easily formable for moderate draw applications. Cold rolled steel has an oily or greasy finish, very smooth surface, and very sharp edges.
Hot Dip Galvanized Coils / Sheet
Hot dip galvanizing is the process of applying a zinc coating to cold rolled steel strip by immersing the material in a bath consisting primarily of molten zinc. Hot-dip galvanizing is a process of coating steel with a thin zinc layer, which serves as a barrier between the steel and the environment.
